1. To start a new line in a cell = Option/Apple/Return
2. To give your Excel Spreadsheet a database component go to the top menu bar and select Data to Filter to AutoFilter. Your Header will now have drop down arrows that will let you select a specific field to sort.
3. To repeat the first row in your excel worksheet on all your pages, you need to go File to Page Setup. Select the Sheet tab. Enter $1:$1. Then click OK. I have attached a picture. Crazy as it seems - Bingo! all info in that row appears at the top of each page. You can do it with column also. For column add $A:$A. I tried doing a sort and it sorts the info on the worksheet and does not change the location of the first row info. You need to be in Page Layout View to see the headings.
